My name is Katriona, and I am a BACP registered, qualified Integrative Therapist.
At We Listen Therapy, our therapy sessions are a safe space for you to be heard in an emphatic and non-judgmental way; my approach is one of calm, compassion, and care.
I am working exclusively online, using Zoom, Facetime, Skype and Telephone. At this present time, people are finding online therapy safer and more convenient. I’m happy to work in whichever way is most convenient.

Perhaps you need support with an unexpected wobble or long buried trauma or feelings have resurfaced when you least expect them. Life can throw us curve balls, shaking our confidence or "sense of self". Anxiety may rise at certain times, which may be a pattern worth exploring.
Speaking to a loved one may not be an option so working with a professional exploring the "why" and "why now " may help to understand unhelpful or negative behaviour.
Working at your pace, we would look at coping strategies, building resilience and awareness to what no longer serves you.
