Working online via Using Zoom, Facetime, Telephone and Skype allows me to work with people around the world across different timezones at a time to suit your schedule.
We can discuss what works best for you during our initial call. Working this way provides you with the opportunity to be at home or in your preferred place without the additional travel time and use of public transport.
For 1-1 therapy, we would meet weekly for 50 minutes
For couples/partnerships, we would meet bi-weekly for 120 minutes
Q. I've never had therapy before and feel a bit daunted, where do I start?
A. That's no problem, lots of people feel this way. Perhaps an introductory call would help to alleviate the nervousness? Please contact me to arrange.
Q. What is expected of me during the sessions?
A. Just that you show up weekly, beyond that, there are very little expectations. This is your time and we work at your pace.
Q. Do I have to commit to a minimum number of sessions?
A. I would suggest a minimum of 6 as it can take a little time to get into the rhythm of the process
